I can't log in to my account, what can I do?

First of all, check that your password and email are spelled correctly (watch out for capital letters!). If everything is spelled correctly and it still doesn't work, click on "I forgot my password" and generate a new one. If this doesn't work either, contact us at aloha@51tripsbrand.com, putting "I can't log in to my App account" in the subject line.
