Defective order, what can I do?

Contact us by sending an email to aloha@51tripsbrand.com and adding pictures of the defect. In the subject line tell us that it is a defective order, including the order number. For example --> "Defective order Trip Book #7615" (if it is a Trip Book) or "Defective order book #7615" (if it is a planner, diary, travel pack or travel notebook).
