Can I return my order? - Planner, diary, traveler's pack, travel notebook

You have 30 days to return your order from the moment you receive it.

To request a return of an order, access the following link: https://e.amphoralogistics.com/51TripsES. Once approved, you will receive an email.

The customer must take the package to a post office (or Correos Express).  The reference number that appears in the return verification email must be shown at the post office. The Correos workers will generate the label from this code.

Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund of the amount of your order (without shipping), subtracting 5€ for collection and management costs. You will receive an email confirming the refund at the email address you provided when purchasing the product. 

Please make sure that the product arrives in perfect condition in order to proceed with the refund. The product must not have been used and must be in its original box along with all the complementary items that accompany it.
